Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of 50% of the service charge will apply.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for prepaid appointments canceled 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided once a service has been availed.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the original time without any penalty.
